Sales, refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once booked unless the performance is cancelled or abandoned.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
All theatres reserve the right to refuse admission to any patron and can request any ticket holder to leave the theatre and take appropriate action to enforce this right.
Tickets are sold subject to the Producer’s right to make any alterations in the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause.
Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted to the auditorium. This could mean after the interval in some situations.
Phones and all other electronic equipment must be switched off during the performance and not set to “silent”.
